hi there. i know how you feel in regards to grief. 6 months ago i had to rehome my beloved pet and to this day I grieve him so badly and strongly. I want you to know that you are not alone and its very normal to feel lost when you are grieving. 6 months later im still so damn lost. Im struggling with anxiety and depression all over again. It sucks! I want you to know its okay to grieve, to cry and to scream. Please know that losing a loved one or a pet. Its the hardest feeling in the world and only you can understand it.

I am sure that your wife was a loving beautiful person and i am certain you miss her very much.
