Hi there,

Just wanted to say recovering from Influenza A must be such a taxing and tiring experience. I believe we all feel overwhelmed when our bodies are exhausted and trying to heal themselves. And anxiety is normal if you feel you just want it to be gone and over. Our mind and our bodies are connected. So try and do some kind things for both of them. Whether it is a nice long bath. Ordering a special treat through a delivery app or trying to listen to some nature sounds or a podcast that can help you relax. Is there a place where you can curl up and just people watch with a nice cup of tea? Do you have a cat or dog,who probably think napping on these cold winter days is awesome 🤩? Or maybe you could get sucked into a television show you never thought you’d try, because you’d never had the time. I am a sucker for a bad reality tv show.

I am wishing you a speedy recovery and a shout out that you are not alone. Your feelings are valid.

Kindly,

ABC01
