It may be a physical manifestation of the feeling of being overwhelmed, which is your body letting you know that your mind isn't feeling well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you spoken to a GP, therapist, or psychologist about this at all? Sometimes professional advice can help you manage your anxiety when you're experiencing symptoms like this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please feel free to keep chatting, we're here for you.
