 We are sorry to hear about what has happened about your job.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 

 It sounds like things are pretty hard, and you’re coping with a lot. We’re sorry to hear you’re feeling this way and are having a hard time with the critical thoughts you’re having.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 

 Well done for opening up here. It’s really difficult to be open and articulate about how you’re feeling and what might be aggravating it. Lots of people on the forums find that sharing is an early step on the journey towards feeling better. We’re sure we’ll hear from them on your thread soon.       <title>I feel so sad</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I lost my job a week ago and I’m just so upset constantly. I feel like I can’t do anything right, I’m scared for the future. I’m scared if I will ever get a job, if anyone will ever want to employ me. I just signed a contract for a house and booked my wedding, I feel like I don’t have the right to be sad because everything is meant to be perfect for me. I feel so alone and have such a large lack of motivation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Every morning I feel an overwhelming sadness a constant reminder that I am a mistake. I have applied for every job possible, I’m worried that I won’t hear back from anyone. I don’t know what to do, I feel lost, sad, nervous , unwell. I feel like I will never be me again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But you are not alone in this situation and there are many people who have gone through similar experiences. It’s messy in the current labor market due to the new wave of crisis started from the US and EU, combined with AI evolution.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It’s okay to feel sad and overwhelmed. Losing a job can be a difficult experience and it’s understandable that you’re feeling nervous about the future. However, it’s important to remember that losing a job does not define your worth as a person. You have many skills and qualities that make you unique and valuable. As you are getting married soon and entering a new era of your life, it gives you an opportunity to consider what you really need and what kind of job can bring balance to your family.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I wouldn’t suggest rushing into applying for hundreds of roles. Instead, it’s okay to take some time to design your future, choose the industries and roles that really fit you, tailor your resume for each job you apply for, and stay positive while keeping trying. You will have the result you deserve.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Mark&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
