    <description>Hey my name is leah, I am a new member here and not too sure how it works... but I have been suffering with anxiety for a little while now but recently it has gotten worse as well as my depression and I am struggling to find ways to help me calm down. I do suffer with panic attacks and nausea here and there, I also overthink a lot which makes it very difficult day to day and was just seeking some guidance to help me get though it. &lt;BR /&gt;

I &lt;EM&gt;understand &lt;/EM&gt;your feelings as I &lt;EM&gt;used&lt;/EM&gt; to have anxiety for a long time especially in traffic and also used to overthink as well&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can I ask how often you have panic attacks?....just so we can provide you with more effective support&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I suffer from anxiety and depression as well, and I've only just started to seek help. It really is a good idea to talk to someone, or even get me professional help like talk to a psychologist or something. My first session is on Monday and I think it will offer me some relief that people do go through this stuff! And girl, I overthink to the MAX! It's really really bad. You just have to try and push it aside. &lt;/P&gt;
