&lt;P&gt;Im sorry your struggling to get a routine going after being a period of or being disrupted...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Its so very important for both our physical and mental health to start to get back into routine...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On the search button..top of this page their is a thread topic...&lt;STRONG&gt;“Depression and our daily routine...let’s get it back”..&lt;/STRONG&gt;Their are some great ideas in that thread to read up on and if you feel up to it..start on up again..&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Grandy recommended a great thread there. I have another&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;put it in the search bar also-&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;anxiety- how I eliminated it.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Tips for getting a daily routine, write a list the night before you go to sleep of what you want to complete the next day as you do those things cross them off the list....&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Tips for managing anxiety ... exercise, go out of the house, be with people, talking, meditation, mindfulness..... if you haven’t seeked professional help I would suggest going to your gp and letting them know how you are feeling.... anxiety is treatable &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
