topic frequent urination in Anxiety

Hi Fred,

Yes, it could be stress/anxiety related, but it could also be a symptom of a physical/health problem. Without knowing how old you are, I would like to suggest that you get an examination done by your medical health professional, just to narrow down what the cause could be.

Things such as your blood sugar levels, and your prostate can affect/cause frequent urination. I know you men sometimes don't like going to the doctor's (us women tend to go to the doctor's a bit more? And to talk about things more), but it's better to catch something early and have it treated, rather than let it potentially spiral out of control.

If it is stress related, then perhaps try some meditation and relaxation techniques? Do you think that is something that could help?

Anyway, that's all I got for now. I hope that your are otherwise healthy, and that you can get this issue sorted soon.

Take care.
