Hi Riche, and welcome 🙂

Congratulations on your pregnancy. I hope things are feeling a bit better now you're further along? It must be a big change not working, and being alone all day, so your feeling not quite right seems understandable.

I wonder if you can connect in with other mums to be? Is there antenatal classes you could attend? Or maybe there is a group of mums on facebook in your local area that you could meet up with? Facebook is such a great way to find things going on in your local area, or to join groups on whatever interests you.

Do you have any hobbies that might be a way of meeting people? What sort of things do you enjoy? Maybe you could share some ideas here and people might have suggestions.

Sending you kind thoughts, and welcome again, Katy

Hi I am 27 and 16 weeks pregnant. I used to work full time before and due to my worst first trimester I had to quit my job and stay back home. My husband works double and I am home most of the time.

I get panicked waking up in the morning finding no one in the house as well couldn’t sleep with lots of headache.

i don’t know what am I supposed to do. I really want to involve myself somewhere but I haven’t found anything around. I live in Perth, not much friends and family it’s me and my husband.

Please help me and any suggestions are acceptable.
