&lt;P&gt;I can understand how your anxiety and stress can contribute to you job hopping. I usually try to do another activity that I love after I'm done with work so that I can reduce my anxiety at the end of the day. Also, try to take short breaks during work (even if it's just for 5 mins) where you focus on relaxing yourself. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All jobs will cause stress at some point, and if we don't find a good way to mange it, it will pile on. &lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good afternoon everyone, hope we are all doing well!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have a habit of "job hopping" due to my high anxiety. I'll start a job, get overwhelmed with anxiety/stress and hate it, and then quit.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Seeing if anyone shares this issue and what you have done to better deal with it?&lt;/P&gt;
