topic Death and Dying in Anxiety

Hi, welcome

Being obsessed with any topic is a concern. The balance needs to be restored and that is generally done by a therapist/psychologist.

You aren't alone, paranoia hit me many years ago. My therapist told me my thoughts aren't realistic and introduced me to ways to assist myself.

Anxiety played a large part so relaxation techniques were learned. Asking myself "is that thought/fear real or not...if not seek a distraction to discount it and so on.

Life is complex and death, sadly, is part of life. But over analysis of death is robbing you of living.

So, I suggest you visit your GP and ask for a referal, this can be resolved.

Well done in writing in.

I'm really anxious about not existing. It's controlling my every waking thought. Just days ago, I never thought about it, now it's all I can think about. God, I really want to go back to that state of mind. I'm just so scared of it. Even though I'm only 22, and it's so far away. I just can't stop thinking about it.
