I’m hearing you. I get All of those things too. I ended up getting a colonoscopy just to get peace of mind. But I’m regularly having to take laxatives because I either don’t have bowel movements for days or I never empty my bowel 😞

I have to be really strict with my diet now which helps. And when I wake of a morning I have a warm drink like coffee or tea, then after 30 minutes whether I need to or not I go and sit on the toilet. I have to put my feet on a little stool and makes sure I’m sitting in correct posture. It’s been a long road getting here but I have to say that seeing a women’s health physio has been great

Yes! I’m body is horrendous when it comes to my insides. Whenever I’m stressed I hold all the tension is my muscles and my insides. Then it takes me forever to get back on track. Mine got so bad that I had to keep a bladder and food diary to try and figure out what was going on. Then because my muscles were hurting I’d take painkillers but then I would end up with more heartburn and bowel problems. It’s kind of like a never ending battle. If you don’t mind me asking, What type of digestive problems are you having?

thanks for the message. I have had a range of horrible digestion issues including

Diarhea, bloating, gas, nausea, stomach pain and incomplete bowel movements and mucous with stool just to name a few. It is really hard to deal with because i keep thinking i have some sort of serious gut issue like cancer. And im only 22.

I ha w suffered digestive problems for 8 years that really has taken its toll on my mental health.a couple of colonoscopys and 2 trips to emergency. Anyway I saw a gastro specialist who did tests on a sample. I then took a good dose of prescribed stuff to clear the gut of the bad stuff that was present and then took some other stuff to replace the good stuff. Now I feel so much better. All I can say is if you have problems get a referral to a specialist and get then to do a full biome test. Dont do what I did and let it wear you down.
