      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's hard work living with health anxiety and knowing that sometimes you're going to get sick and my health isn't always going to be good. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have any advice. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm on medication for anxiety which helps day to day moods but then I'll get a headache or gut pains or something and that's enough to send me into full blown anxiety! That feeling of fear. It's so hard to live with!! &lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi again,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I know health anxiety can be so debilitating and it takes a lot emotionally and physically out of a person. I admittedly don’t have health anxiety, so I may not be the best person to reply in terms of giving you suggestions. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But I know many people here on the forums have it and would definitely be able to relate. So hopefully someone else will write in to share their experiences and knowledge &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt; In the mean time, I am thinking of you...&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I hope it can provide you with a little bit of relief. Health anxiety is such a difficult thing to cope with. For me it improved over time, but I know it can feel relentless. It might be worth discussing with your doctor the medication you’re taking. Sometimes you need to try a few before you find one that will help.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have suffered with severe health anxiety now for 6 years. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I go to my GP on a regular basis, sometimes 3 days a week. My anxiety and compulsive disorders are a nightmare. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My fear is BC so I constantly check myself daily, sometimes up to 6 times a day. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My anxiety and compulsion gets worse when my kids or anyone around me is sick. I wish there was a switch to turn it off. I find it hard to talk about as I feel that no one will understand. I try and keep busy but I find it hard to concentrate. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;knowing that your not the only one suffering is some what a relief sometimes. &lt;/P&gt;</description>
