&lt;P&gt;Thanks for reaching out to us, firstly! &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In addition to &lt;EM&gt;Mina19&lt;/EM&gt;'s great insight, I'd like to know that your experiences are valid, no matter how overwhelming, confusing, or out of the blue they may feel at times. It's great to hear that you have reached out to a specialist, but I understand you being worried about what is a normal part of the Somatic symptom disorder and delayed panic attacks or not. May I gently suggest that anytime you experience a symptom that seems odd or that you are unsure of, make a note of it, when you can. You could use your phone or a diary or something. Then you could present it to your GP/or the specialist which could give them an idea of what's going on and you have peace of mind knowing you have your experiences documented into a bigger picture. Check back with us with your progress, if you like.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Hi,
&lt;BR /&gt;I'm new here and never really known how bad anxiety and panic attacks could get. I didn't experience anxiety until recently, specialist called it Somatic symptom disorder and delayed panic attacks. Because I've never experienced it I'm always worried about what's a normal symptom or not. I have twitching all over my body and twitching gets worse on my legs after exercising. I've also noticed that I can see my heart beating on my stomach and also feel the heart beating on my back. Can all this happen?</description>

&lt;P&gt;I hear what your going through, I have GAD and I’m not joking I’ve had twitches all over when my anxiety is very high or I’m stressed and I’m like oh crap what’s this now! But then in a few minutes or longest half hour it’s gone and then I just get back to doing what I was doing. It’s a very common anxiety symptom (I’d ask you to talk to your gp) because my gp said vitamin B can really help this, it’s a good vitamin for anxious people and the nerves. And about the heart beat I’ve had that happen and I swear I could feel it literally in my back too but I think that’s just how we perceive it when we’re worried, it may also just be a very bad twitch happening.&lt;/P&gt;
