If you don't mind me asking, have you discussed your anxiety issues with your Dr? Has the Dr suggested ways you may be able to reduce your blood pressure?</P> <P>Has the thought of seeing a heart specialist caused you to feel more anxious than usual, is that what is worrying you most at present?</P> <P>Are you concerned that due to your Father's issues, you may experience the same thing?
