Hey there 🙂 I'm sorry to hear you're struggling with this it wouldn't be easy. I think your best bet would be to go talk to a doctor but my guesses would be either you're not eating well enough and you're missing out on some nutrients and vitamins, maybe try taking some vitamin tablets/supplements and/or changing your diet up a bit 🙂 You could be suffering from depression, being tired all the time is a very common and difficult sypmtom that I struggle with but I find drinking a hot drink and having a warm shower before bed and praticising meditation, listening to peaceful music when I sleep etc. helps me 🙂 There could be many more reasons I am not qualified in any way to answer your question I'm honestly just trying to be helpful

Please take care of yourself and keep seeking help I hope you sort this out and get a good rest soon 🙂

Recently I've been tired all the time. I go to bed at a very good time and get at least 8 hours of sleep yet when I wake up it feels as though I haven't the whole night. I'm even getting eye bag and dark circles and that never happens to me. I don't have trouble sleeping and I don't toss and turn yet I am exhausted all the time and at times it is affecting my school work as I feel like I'm going to fall asleep all the time. I'm just confused as to why this is happening because it feel as though the more I sleep, the more tired I get.

It’s normal. I suffer with fatigue also but I have started on vitamins and minerals and eating better. Our bodies are just tired internally. I was worried at the start but I know it’s just a normal symptom of anxiety
