    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Robot, well done that's terrific, especially after a cancellation.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Don't worry too much about you what you have said because it doesn't matter if it's said again and again, but what I would suggest for you to do is to write down on a piece of paper all the concerns that are affecting you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try and photocopy it, then give one copy to your psychologist while you keep another copy with you, then you can add or delete as much as you need to do.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you need to you can hide your copy at home if you don't want anyone else to see it, but if you want to talk with a family member then have it available.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I went to my GP after posting here for the first time about my anxiety.  She referred me to a psychologist who just happened to have a cancellation the same day.  So I've been already!  She was lovely but now it's 4am and I've woken up and can't get back to sleep. Thinking about what we spoke about,  thinking about what we didn't speak about,  thinking,  thinking,  thinking... &lt;/P&gt;</description>
