    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi 123bex, a warm welcome to you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I agree that anxiety is a debilitating nuisance.  Due to abuse among other things, I too ended up with PTSD and attached depression + anxiety though I have now moved on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There are effective coping strategies, as long as they're practiced consistently (preferably during calmer moments). Mindfulness was a life saver for me (Smiling Mind and Buddhify are useful apps to download). Relaxed Body scan and relaxed breathing also help.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you checked online treatment for PTSD ? If not, having a look at MindSpot and MoodGym would be a good idea.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been suffering from PTSD for 2 year now and each day i still find i am fighting with anxiety and its encroaching thoughts even on medication. Has anyone found any usfull tools to fight back?&lt;/P&gt;
