hello Cakeboss, I know the feeling of being nauseated, it's happened to me so many times and I also hate it, for you however you <G class="gr_ gr_19 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del" id="19" data-gr-id="19">maybe</G> waking up dreading what's going to happen during the day, it <G class="gr_ gr_20 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del" id="20" data-gr-id="20">maybe</G> no different than the day before and then the day before that, with all that is happening to you and been not able to cope with any of these situations and please, believe me, it can happen so easily to anyone, so I do feel sorry for you.<BR />
Now what needs to be done to is to contact your doctor, who may prescribe medication and refer you onto a psychologist, I <G class="gr_ gr_9 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del" id="9" data-gr-id="9">maybe</G> talking about something you might have already done.<BR />
Relaxation tapes and breathing exercises are certainly most helpful, but they will have much more <G class="gr_ gr_12 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling" id="12" data-gr-id="12">effect</G> after you start talking to a psychologist because they will have a meaning.
