      <description>I'm struggling to with my anxiety levels at the moment, I just want to crawl into bed and stay there. I am particularly having trouble with personal space, I don't even want my nieces hugging name. I adore my nieces and nephews, but even the idea of them hugging me is making my skin crawl. Does anyone have any tips on how to face this?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That’s great you have seen your gp and have an appointment with a psychologist ........ sorry you have to wait.....&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;have you tried meditation to help with your anxiety?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;exercise is also great.....&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;mindfullness and attention training is also wonderful..... eg when outside feel the sun on your skin, the wind blowing on you , what can you hear?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Keep talking.....&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;your not alone and things will get better.... hang in there....&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you have a long wait till your appointment give the Beyond Blue line a call for a chat (1300 22 4636). A chat can honestly make you feel lighter afterwards. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also in the meantime get yourself a massage or your nails done, that could help take your mind off things in the meantime.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I've been so busy with work and my local theatre, which I love, also I have been organising a festival for our drama festival. I spent the day yesterday with my family, and today I am completely exhausted, I could hardly get out of bed. Still waiting for an appointment to talk with me he psychologist. I am just tired.</description>
