Hi mchal4,

I haven't had flashbacks about getting yelled at per say but definitely about being told off or feeling like I've really let someone down and in my mind, it's felt like I've been yelled at.

I think it really depends on the emotions attached to the flashbacks you're having - how do these affect you?

I know that mine started to become meaningless as I dealt with the pain attached to them. I learnt to overcome that prolonging fear with help from my Counsellor and those flashbacks or memories no longer held merit.

If you feel comfortable sharing more information maybe I can help you a little better?

Bonnie
