Hello Mina, thanks for being on the forums and the worry is whether these triggers that start these anxiety attacks are caused by your emotions, the fear of having to complete them all or the tension created by the workload that makes you feel this way.

It's a question of whether or not you want to complete the uni course trying to cope with this or if you are able to reduce your workload and if you don't feel comfortable pursuing this now, you can get the help needed to overcome this anxiety.

These triggers are strong enough to produce other factors in your life, such as not being able to sleep, eat properly and create negative thoughts that can affect your daily routine, that's what we don't want to happen.

Interested to hear back from you when you're available.

Hi people,
I’m just been feeling sick/off lately. I’m thinking it has something to do with my uni homework load. I have noticed in the past when I have a few big assessments due all at once I end up at the doctors a lot. I feel stupid feeling like this but I don’t know what I can do to feel better and stop this from happening. Like I’m doing my work but it sometimes feels like a mountain and then my severe anxiety gets triggered it’s a mess. But I definitely noticed I go doctors much more especially when the workload is huge. Is this normal like to feel yucky/sick stomach for no reason because of this.

Mina thanks for starting this thread,

it was a long time ago that I studied but I remember how

stressful it was when several assignments were due on same date.

So I understand you manage to finish your assignments but you feel sick.

Could you talk to someone at the study centre at uni who may have ideas to effectively handle the three assignments so you can be calmer.

I found that starting all 3 assignments as soon as I could and have a time plan for each stage if the assignment, helped me from stressing too much.
