&lt;P&gt;Ditto to Starts above I walk but do hills mainly, gets the puff happening which recently applied same principle breathing in hard &amp;amp; long &amp;amp; same out a few times took anxious tenseness outta chest &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What restrictions do meds put on you? Dizzyness tiredness etc? &lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: inherit; -webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;"&gt;I’m interested to know what exercises help reduce your anxiety? &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: inherit; -webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;"&gt;i find if I do cardio every 2nd day it reduces my anxiety and when I stop I’m a train wreck. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: inherit; -webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;"&gt;i find it hard to exercise cause of the medicine I’m on and looking for ideas on what other people think or do to stay active ? &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;i find walking is a great way to destress, it doesnt have to be fast but a gentle evening or early morning stroll esp on the beach is great. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;and aslo yep cardio, get rid of that adrenaline in a productive way &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;i too find it hard to get motivated, some suggestions are&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;join a gym whether it be at a gym or more of a private group&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;get a personal trainer&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;get a walking partner&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;set a goal to do a certain amount of exercise each day and have a reward like allowing yourself to watch an episode of your fave tv show before doing anything else or something else you like&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI Brightlight. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I find any type of exercise helps with my anxiety and depression. Just getting my heart pumping and a bit of a sweat helps with my cardiovascular fitness and it helps my brain zone out which helps reduce my anxiety. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I do a mixture of exercises such as cardio like running, riding, swimming, stairs, rowing machine and walking. I also do some light weights. At the gym they have some classes like hiit and tabata type style which incorporates some light weights and using body weight. I like to spice it up because if I get bored I don't find it as beneficial as I become demotivated to do it. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you find exercise difficult because of medication and your condition maybe talk to your doctor about this. You maybe able to get an EPC (enhanced primary care plan) to see a physio or exercise physiologist with some medicare rebate. They can help you make an exercise regime suitable for you. Although PT are great these professionals have more training and have a better knowledge of medical conditions. Maybe worth looking into&lt;/P&gt;</description>
