Hi Jess welcome

We can't diagnose of course as we are sufferers ourselves. I had anxiety myself for many years.

Make an appointment with your GP and take a note of all the issues you've had recently that have been upsetting or stressful

Hi jess

I've experienced that feeling everyday for months but with severe symptoms .. anxiety attacKs can make you fearful and cause a lot of other issues. I know exactly how it feels to worry and be overwhelmed with life

I suggest just talk to someone you feel safe with and discuss it what you've been dealing with.. But take your time, it can take a load off your shoulders and hopefully you will receive the support you need.

Be safe and it's okay to ask for help.
