&lt;P style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #000000; font-family: 'Book Antiqua','serif'; font-size: 16px;"&gt;Oh boy, over-thinking things and then deciding on what you’ve thought on is something very bad and you just go over and over about it, till it pretty much exhausts you – not a good way to be.&amp;nbsp; So you lock that one into your mind and then find another scenario and beat yourself up over that one and before long, you’ve got another stressor.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #000000; font-family: 'Book Antiqua','serif'; font-size: 16px;"&gt;The word ‘cure’ is an interesting one also – maybe we should not aim so deeply for a cure, but more of a way to fix a situation;&amp;nbsp; come up with a solution for the problem.&amp;nbsp; Perhaps by talking it through with a friend/family member or perhaps a trained professional (dr or counsellor or the like), so you receive other options for how to deal with such concerns.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
