dear Annie, wow you're not the only one who feels this way, because it feels like a lump in your stomach, throat, head or we are just looking at a blank wall, and I get this feeling if and when I have a relapse, and this has happened a few times.
We have to try and hook up with our support base, those people who we can rely on when we feel this way, however sometimes this may not be possible, so then have to try and focus on all the good days we have had and realise that it's another faze which we couldn't stop, but know that it will pass, and by knowing that it will pass is the strong point here that we have been able to learn over our long period of depression.

Today I am angry, really angry and exhausted and oh so over being a victim of my mental health. I find that after a run of "good days" a "bad day" just slays me. I want to take my anxiety out of my chest and slap it and pinch it and send it away forever.

Not looking for an answer, just needed a rant.

Hi Annie Blue.

Yes I understand what you are saying. And there really is no answer to your post.

But I just thought I should respond to tell you that I know what you are feeling and I understand.

I hope the little rant helped?

When I feel like you are now, I sometimes find that writing about it helps. It enables me to put things in perspective and sometimes as a result it leads me to discover the reason (trigger) for it becoming a bad day in the first place. I write about how I feel, what made me feel that way, why that bothers me, ways I can make it feel better, why it makes me feel angry. All that sort of thing. I guess it's just another way of ranting really.

Anyway it helps me, and perhaps it will you too?

Sherie xx
