&lt;P&gt;I recently started business college to gain coinfidenve and gain a new career path. It's been going well but they let us know we would need to attend excursions in the city. I get anxiousand have panic attacks being too far from home but really want to move forward and stop my anxiety from ruling my life. I dont want to have to discontinue my course but i feel like i might have to. What can i do?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #000000; font-family: 'Book Antiqua','serif'; font-size: 16px;"&gt;Firstly, big congrats to you for not only starting the business college, in wishing help you gain confidence AND to gain a new career path.&amp;nbsp; That’s a massive goal and achievement that you’ve set in place.&amp;nbsp; To top things off with some nice icing on the cake, it “has” been going well for you also, which is another huge positive step.&amp;nbsp; When we’re in the throes of depression, or as you have, anxiety and panic attacks, getting in and doing the hard yards and doing what you’ve been doing, I think is massive.&amp;nbsp; I sure hope that you feel the same and are very proud of yourself, cause you should be.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #000000; font-family: 'Book Antiqua','serif'; font-size: 16px;"&gt;With the class that you’re in – have you been able to build any kind of friendships with other people attending?&amp;nbsp; This could be a possibility if there is even, just one person who you feel you have a bit of an affinity with.&amp;nbsp; You could possibly confide in them that you’re a bit anxious about taking a trip and whether they could possibly look out for you on this trip?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Would it just be a day trip and how long would the hours be involved in that particular day?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #000000; font-family: 'Book Antiqua','serif'; font-size: 16px;"&gt;Would there be a decent number of others who would be going, and if so, I’d imagine that you’d be all assembled together for the most part, so you could kind of smother yourself in amongst the others during that time?&amp;nbsp; Whether that would be possible or not, I’m not sure, but just thought it could be useful.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #000000; font-family: 'Book Antiqua','serif'; font-size: 16px;"&gt;The other thought I had would be if there was no-one you would feel comfortable in confiding in, perhaps go to the actual person who is organising it.&amp;nbsp; I know if it was me organising something like this, and someone came to me with concerns, I would make sure I went out of my way to help and do all I could to make the trip with as little concerns as possible.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
