Thankyou for your reply. I like your name as it’s so positive. Yes I’m going very well. I have recently joined a creative writing group which is a lot of fun. I have shared some poems about mental illness and the group have been very supportive and accepting which is great. I shared one poem on the Depression forum called Poppy Angel - the importance of pets. It’s about my little dog Poppy Angel and how she helped me through an episode of depression. I find writing is a good way to process emotions. What about you Happylife? What sorts of things do you like to do and how are you going? Thanks again for your reply.
