Hi all, I am a cis-female in my early 30s, with personal life experience of Social Anxiety, Generalised Anxiety Disorder and Major Depressive disorder, as well as suicidal ideation, self harm and binging habits. If anyone here would like to chat online, seek advice or support, I am very happy to help. I have a lot of experience with the mental health medical journey, medications, accessing services, applying for government support, balancing studies with mental health, talking to friends and family about living with mental health conditions and chronic illness.
