Hi all 🙂

If no one replies that's fine, I could fill a book

So...school yrs, young, bout 9 yrs approx very vulnerable age, the whole class was there....I was sitting with a group of girls at the library of all places....someone said something funny but had to be quiet of course so I held in my giggle and a massive, I'm talking helium balloon size bubble came outta my nose.....OF COURSE....one girl had to see it and said .....ahhhhhh LOOK AT THE BUBBLE.....oh god.....

Popped it

Embarrassing moment for me was when shopping once. Was in an isle with my partner. He did the smelliest dart ever!!

He then decided to leave the isle rather promptly, myself not seeing the lady coming behind me with a child. The child says "mummy, something stinks".... I then continued to walk away quite quick and trying not to giggle.. 🙂

Ok since I have so many here's another for bed time.

Along the lines of busybees crack up 😄

In a nurses home we were all pumped to watch a TV show so we put a stack of chairs in a semi circle, We were all settled & quiet, rare I'm quiet but didn't wanna make a noise as it was about to start and had a sneeze coming on so I did sneeze but held it in ........ & yip.....out came a massive fart.....cut a beauty.....wasn't a quicky either........definately an award for loud & proud.

Everyone just lost it ....excuse the pun but lmao

Approx 3 months ago...Paul wanted to order a Pizza...yumm

Picked up a menu off the fridge

Ordered the Pizza for pick up

Went to pick it up....nothing was ready and they said there was no order placed by me...huh?

DOH! I ordered it from the wrong menu...... from their opposition....Oh Crap!

Double embarrassment....Ordered Pizza from one company and I went to my regular pizza to pick up and they just stared at me like I was from another planet.....

I felt like hiding in a corner.....seriously.....Blond hair and bright red embarrassment...doh doh doh doh doh!!!

In my mid 50's and losing my marbles already lmao

When my anxiety was frequent in the 80's a friend of mine told me he had a 'Classic Loser Attack'

I didnt know what he meant. He said to me that we have to 'have a laugh at ourselves otherwise we are wasting our lives" It took me a few years to figure it out but he made a great point..

Your thread is exactly the same. Having the ability to kick back and have a 'giggle' at ourselves...is a huge step towards some healing

I have the same arghhh too DB. I hear you there.

Please call me Paul. I signed up here in Jan 2016 just after Christmas as my depression was spiking and every screen name I wanted was taken so....yep...I ended up with blondguy.....Doh! lol

Its 21 years now on low dosage SSRI's and regular monthly visits to my GP for a 'fine tune'

The meds gave me a platform on which I could heal better....than using natural remedies

Depression is minimal now but I just keep self adjusting/improving and have learned a heap on here too. I never understood how this site could be so therapeutic for my 'arrgghhhh' It does work though...

Memory...lol...thats right...I remember...I think lol

Amazing coming out the other side, we don't appreciate a lot until we don't have it aye.

I've spoken with a few people bussing or around who use natural which helps too, which I like the idea of but thnik more expensive, but better than extra chemicals. I'm not exactly anti pills have no probs taking them for pain, but goal is to eventually in time be off all for BP, close, but bloody hard yakka doing it from the head but rather do the hard yards to reach the ultimate happiness, self love, confidence & the whole shabingle, that may not be a word but it is now lol or spelt wrong.

We're here at witching hours, Joy, not that I will be for much longer, the pills dunno if I'll ever be able to rid of the sleepers that aren't actually sleepers but help but ok with that until I can concentrate long enough to regularly do some form of meditation that I hear's a goer for many.

So my absolute worst of the worst that I NEVER forget. The impact was so strong, the humiliation beyond.

Happened 35+ yrs ago.

At a niteclub with a friend who was on the dance floor, I was coming back from the loo & our seat was full of blokes so I thought I'll wait till friend comes back for dutch courage and tell em it's our seat, .....soooooo....stood standing in front of them jiggling while listening to the music watching them dancing, could hear laughing behind me from the group, nothing unusual about people laughing........

Happened to put my hand at the back of skirt & to my absolute utter horror, my skirt was hooked up to my panty hose..........OHhhhhhh GOD!!!!!

Had walked past almost everyone in booths in the club.

To this day I check the skirt

Said to my friend WE"RE GOING!

My son was getting speech therapy once and let a real smelly one go and near killed the poor speech therapist! poor lady had to open up all the doors and windows in the room it was that bad while i sat there red faced he was in a fit if giggles!! lol

At least this was at home and just partner and I BUTTtttttttt nearly being the operative word

Sat on a chair, I went down with it as it broke

I can laugh now but partner oh God he lost it, nearly wet himself, not me, I was so stroppy ( expletives removed lol) and went off ..... in my defense I was in a lot of pain & shock.

Mind you had it been other way around, I'd be cacking it too

Geez...where to start ?

This happened in my youth, on a rare occasion when I got really drunk (I don't like the feeling so avoid it). I was with a group of friends and we were discussing people who can't hold their drugs or liquor. Without warning, the room suddenly started spinning so I quickly sat down. As I did, a huge, long jet of vomit flew out of my mouth, splattering everybody.

Sorry for grossing everyone out but...you asked for it 🙂
