Hello,

Welcome to the beyond blue forum!

When you are ready, you can write a message about yourself and what you'd like advice with. It can be brief if you like, or you could use up the maximum 2500 characters.

You may wish to have a look at posts from others. When posting here, it's useful to know your age, what you do on a daily basis (i.e. job, study, staying at home, caring for kids) and what you need help with. If you have been diagnosed with a mental health condition, let us know. Also, if you see a doctor or other medical professional, mention this. It's easier to give advice when we know about a person's life situation, specific mental health challenges, and even past experience.

You can post another message here - you will be sure to get a response 🙂

Best wishes,

SM
