Hello RainbowCuddle and another newcomer Owen, we can only hope what's involved for 2022, predict if you want to and certainly wish for and we're all behind you in good times and especially 'when the going gets tough', we have all been through it ourselves, not only once but could have had a relapse and fortunately recovered again.

Many of us are in a position to wish everyone a happy new year but there are many people unable to even think that far because they feel trapped by some type of depression, our heart opens up to you knowing the situation you are in and feel the pain you are going through.

We are here to support you in any way possible and understand that this illness is really difficult to overcome in a day because each day is not the same as the previous one.

We hope to hear back from you and please don't be afraid.
