Online chat to counselling

I can't seem to get onto the online counselling chat. It has a window which says insert name and tel number and then I can't get further than that.

Please can someone help me.

When I try this on my laptop (Full HD resolution) I can enter my name on one box and my phone number in the box below, then I would be stuck as my screen is not deep enough to show the next lines which say:

"The Beyond Blue Support Service may collect personal information about you to help manage the care we provide. You can find more information in our Privacy Collection Statement and Support Service Terms of Use."

Under that is a blue box saying

"Accept and start chat"

There is no scroll bar to take you down to this blue box, so on an ordinary laptop screen it may not be accessible unless you shrink your screen resolution or use a bigger monitor.

See if that is the case here and please let us know how you go
