Hi, I'm Jackson, 32 male and I suffer from anxiety and depression. It's been a really tough road and I'm glad I'm still here but tough tough times.
I recently had an autism diagnosis and most likely will have an ADHD one as well
I am an asexual/demi sexual
I love movies and music
I have 2 cats and a dog

I am sorry you struggle with anxiety and depression, well done reaching out to your Dr for mental assessment and hopefully a full diagnosis in the near future….To very important to get the right diagnosis so the Drs are able to help us towards wellness…

I love music, not so much modern, more the 60s, 70s….the era of my teenage years…

I have 3 dogs, a mumma dog her daughter and a rescue dog, they are my life, my reason because I know that they need me to care and love them….

We have lots of reading material on Anxiety, depression and many other mental help illnesses that you can search for in our search bar…

What type of music do you like?

I love fantasy movies mostly, I’m careful of my choice of movies because of my mental health, are you a fantasy movie fan? If not what types do you like?
