This past year has been rough with severe hormonal fluctuations that can cause me to go from great to severely distressed and even not wanting to keep living like this. 38yo, single parent. I enjoy gardening, creating gardens, reading a book in the sun and fishing. Happy to chat.

As someone who has also suffered from severe hormonal fluctuations in the past 22 months, I can imagine what you are going though. If you are really worried, I suggest getting an appointment with an endocrinologist (specialist in human endocrine system).
