      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi all.&amp;nbsp; this is my 1st post&amp;nbsp; I'm 64 years old and have begun having severe panic attacks. I hope to gain some help and information from other members regarding their experiences and how to manage the symptoms that have presented.&amp;nbsp; Particularly the nausea and sleep disruptions.&amp;nbsp; I'm finding them both really hard to get on top of.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Thank you all for any help you may have to offer&lt;/P&gt;</description>
