Welcome to the bb forum. Congratulations on making your introduction! I know that it was challenging given your social anxiety, but what a great “win” for you.

I’ve been around the forum for a few years now. It’s really a special place, where you can vent,ctalj, learn, give and receive support and even socialise with people who get mental health—without fear of judgment.

It took me awhile to figure out how it all works, but you can ask questions and people are really helpful.

Feel free to post any time if you want to talk some more.

Hello Nick, welcome to the site and understand how you are feeling and hope to hear back from you.

No one knows who you are or what you look like so you are completely anonymous but also know it is difficult to open up to people you've never met, sometimes this might make it easier.
