      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Thank you for allowing me to register.  It was a bad day today.  Couldn’t concentrate, dizzy and panicky. Just can’t seem to think straight and focus.  So want to cut and run.  I’m using all that I know to breath through it and bring myself back to reality.  It’s hard. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I reached out to Beyond Blue with the hope that I can get tips on how to find my way back to my happy place.  I look forward to your support.&lt;/P&gt;
