How much easier would life be if somewhere in our teenage years or 20s folk just started knocking on our door saying 'Where here to invite you to discover your most authentic happy adventurous self. We're just the people to help'? And BAM, off we went, with our 'tribe' of inspirational people lighting the way ahead. Yep, unfortunately it doesn't seem to happen that way. The search is tough, with much self questioning and trial and error.
