hi just start recognizing my work place has put me in a black place

i feel i have dissapionted my patner i be given 2 weeks off work meds and i feel hopless THIS IS NOT ME i can usal get my self out of this place

not sure who i am

Welcome to the forums and good on you for having the courage to post too!

If I can ask you Jonz.....why do you think you have disappointed your partner?

I take meds (antidepressants) and they have helped me a lot with my anxiety...just to let you know

The forums are judgement free and your privacy is paramount

I hope you can provide a bit more detail so we can help you more effectively 🙂

Hello Jonz,

I would also like to welcome you to the Beyond Blue forums., Where you. will meet a lot of kind,gentle and caring people.

Sometimes it's a lot harder to get out of a bad spot, and we need a little more help with professional people. Jonz would you be able to make an appointment with your gp and let him/her know what your thoughts are about being disappointed, gp can then do a meds revise and then set up an appointment for a Psych....(only if you want to just my thoughts)....to help you through your disappointment,

I agree with Blondguy, if you feel to open up even the slightest bit, we may have some suggestions that could help you get or help you to get you self out of where you are atm.

This is your thread now, so feel free to speak here when ever you feel to do so.
