I do know what it is like to be anxious and unknown, unstable. I am 31 and female, a single mother and sometimes help can seem abroad. It is hard to ask for help in a certain circumstance and sometimes we do not 'want not need' the advise although if we never ask you will never know the outcome. Bravery comes from good. And believe in more good than bad.
