Hello Grant,

Welcome to the forums.

Like Kanga said, this is a very safe space and many members post here for different reasons.

I find the forums are super useful not just for posting your own questions, but also reading others and seeing what their stories are. Many of us have had similar experiences and struggle with similar things. If you feel comfortable, you can even post some support or advice to others as helping others often is beneficial for ourselves as well.

But what is it that you'd like help with? It sounds like things have been tough for you.

Im new to this site as well, well not exactly, but i have never posted on this forum, but im thinking its a good idea.

I think with what your saying about not being sure if you can get help, you may want to have a bit of a look around on these forums as you may find the answer you are looking for?
