Hello Bunni_boi, and a warm welcome to the site.

You can always post on this site 24/7 somebody will pick up your comment and reply back to you, it is such an awkward hour I know, but a few of us are available at this time, and I have been doing this for a long time, so I naturally wake up at 11.30 pm and get a couple of tasks done before I log on.

This is the best time to talk with me, that's if you want to, but there are other people who are also awake, so if you want to get back to us, then please do.

There have been so many different topics discussed and we have been through our own type of depression ourselves, so please don't worry what you want to say.
